The BridgeMill Community Association Inc. (BMCA) is a homeowner-managed organization that enforces the covenants and architectural controls. In addition, the association maintains all entrances to the community and more than 150 acres of green space within the community. These tasks are performed by an elected board of directors who are all volunteers, as well as a full time, professional on-site property manager.
